| I'm sure everyone buys their Z for different reasons. But I will say I am in the same boat. 1992...16 years old....went for a ride in a Tennis Pro's TT.....HAD to have one ever since. Fast forward to 2002, little over a year in military...no car...no family...winter fast approaching with a motorcycle as transportation....no reason not to look for the car I always wanted....the Z32 TT. Got a great NA for a fair price. Loved it ever since. And have been frustrated many times as well. But I never even considered getting anything out of the car than the satisfaction I get from driving it and looking at it every day. If I had wanted to get a car that I knew I was going to dump money into and expected to get it back, well honestly I would have bought a 67 Firebird or some other musclecar. But that wasnt my goal, it's too bad if it was this guy's. He obviouly seems disheveled about something, but if getting a return on investment was his goal, he really was making a poor choice, given the alternatives. I hope he keeps his Z (or sells it to me for double its $1.00 value) and gets back to the mindset that made him buy the car to begin with (unless he wanted an investment, then he needs to change his thoughts about it).
